SCLowcountry Tourism4월 17, 2012The Frampton Plantation was built in 1868 by John Edward Frampton, a signer of the Order of Secession. The original house was destroyed by Sherman's troops during the war.- SCLowcountry Tourism4월 17, 2012We have portions of a set of earthworks in the backyard which was built as a secondary defense line to protect a nearby railway which took supplies from Savannah to Charleston for the Rebel forces.
