Pam Rumer: They sell a lot of meats; in quantity too. Surprisingly, the parking lot was full today (Memorial Day) with lots of cars and people coming and going buying meats for grilling; chips; wine, etc.

Pam Rumer: Fridays and Saturdays they serve hot foods and BBQ.

Pam Rumer: Great little corner grocery store close to beach. Make sandwiches that are loaded for just $4.99 ea. Plus, homemade salads (like jalapeños potato salad). Very limited outdoor seating; we buy to go.

Pam Rumer: Well known popular local golf course designed by California based golf course architect David Rainville, who has completed 50 golf courses in Asia and US. Course opened in 1981.

Pam Rumer: Very kind and caring. Awesome with my dog. Office is packed, but they were quick. Dr. Phillips saw our dog. She was excellent, kind and explained everything in detail.

Pam Rumer: Bring dog toys! Balls and frisbee; plus some dogs were surfing! Water fountain for dogs is available but if you are staying a while bring dog treats , water, etc. (fountain is on the way in or out).

Pam Rumer: Fabulous place for dogs. All but a handful of dogs were off the leash and everyone was getting along. Dogs and people where playing. What fun!

Pam Rumer: Go west to visit the duck pond. Always a popular location.

Pam Rumer: Overcast, windy, 63 degrees; still lovely. Skies are full of birds, people jogging, walking, riding bikes or sitting and observing above; while surfers in wet suits catch the last waves below.
