Hi @SarahScott, we just discovered Foursquare and found your tip. We're truly sorry you felt that we were pushy and I can assure you this isn't normal practice here as we take pride in our repairs.

Just had my Dyson vacuum fixed here and these guys are rock stars! Very professional and they even gave me a free loaner vacuum. I even bought the new cordless dyson from them and love it!!

Worst place to go if you want to get an older vacuum fixed, they really try to push you to buy a new vacuum. What's wrong with fixing and keeping it out of the landfill smh
