Love this little market! Though it's small, it satisfies almost all of my needs that I would normally have to go to Marukai to purchase. Also, they have good bento!
Sometimes they host special events here. When they do, the small lobby can get crowded, but it's still fun.

Great outdoor spot off the edge of the park. Despite its casualness, it's still a sit-down restaurant with an extensive menu. Great food, too!

A wonderful shop with a huge selection of pet products and a very helpful staff. And they even have their own parking lot, which was great, as street parking in Echo Park is hard to find.
I would come back just for the beef and lamb street cart döner kebap wrap, but the Tuesday night trivia and the board games in the corner just make this place extra close to my heart.

The beef pho is delicious...maybe even the best broth in town! The medium size is still plenty big, but if you're starving (or just want to be mega impressed with the bowl size), go for the large.
The imagawayaki is a perfect snack or dessert for any occasion...especially when it's fresh and hot. Yummm.
Artsy feel; lots of colors and the work of local artists around the shop. And they make a great mocha.
Their blackened salmon salad was really good! The salmon wasn't dry at all.
The saimin is delicious and super filling. A great find for Hawaiian food in Little Tokyo.
