Such a good airport: good moving walkway signage, chik fil a, French meadow bakery, and such big and clean bathrooms in terminal F.
No-frills lactation room is near gate C12 - ask at the information desk by Dunn Bros and they'll unlock it for you #babyfriendly

Best quickie breakfast. Caribou Coffee in the F gate sells a fruit and cheese plate that is delightful! Do I detect rosemary in those crackers?
Normally have a pretty good experience here. They do well with cleaning runways in winter. Good choices are good as well.
Justin Birdsong10월 15, 2011If you don't have any checked bags and are renting a car use the skyway checkpoint. When leaving just make sure you have your boarding pass and check in the Skyway security. It us usually way faster
Gates G1-6 have awesome new charging stations with iPads for reading! Great perk.

Maui Tacos in Minnesota ? Yep. Right here at the airport. Great food & they even have unfried fish tacos. Enjoy & Aloha!
The drivers of the electric courtesy carts don't use horns or announce that they are rolling. Watch yourself.
The ficelle at Surdyks are a great snack! Also, two Starbucks located right around the corner from each other near D,C gates
Emily OConnor1월 25, 2013Some of the best restaurants in the cities are in the airport. I recommend Ike's- they aren't capable of making bad food. Use the skyway checkpoint if you have no bags. Otherwise, gate 6 is fast.

MSP used to have easiest, quickest security process of any major US airport (and I fly hundreds of thousands of miles a year so have a reference point). As of February 2016, it's a complete cluster.

Concourses are far and you need time.
For a great cup of coffee, go to World Bean at Concourse G - so good!

Concourse G in Terminal 1 (Delta) has iPads for each passenger to use...for free!
Josh Webb8월 25, 2012Rental car goers beware! If landing around 11pm the rental car facility will most likely be closed by the time you get your bags (6am-11pm). no express pickups for any of the members programs either.
If you have a long layover (2.5-3+ hours) and are feeling adventurous, take the light rail to the Mall of America.

Levi7월 28, 2012The observation deck above the D terminal is a quiet place with a fantastic view of the ramp and runways. No visible power outlets here, though.
The water in the restroom sinks are scolding hot! They need to turn the heat down a tad. Use caution!
My favorite airport in America. Fast, clean, friendly, and lots of good food.
Jamie1월 23, 2014This appears to be the nicest airport I've been in. The free iPads in the Delta G concourse are a nice prophylaxis for small talk.
Has an onsite Ike's which easily qualifies as one of the best airport restaurants in America.
I pass through lots of airports. My home state airport is still Top 5.
Get to the airport early for the security check. They have reduced the number of scanners due to the new full body scanners. There is only one scanner per checkpoint now.

Sean Jennings4월 11, 2014The Starbucks' here do not sell their cans of double-shot...bummer...the gift shops don't either! The glass bottle frappuccinos are a close second for cold liquid caffeine.
Brand new bathrooms on concourse F are wonderful: light filled, clean, easy to get in/out, and handy shelves/hooks.
