Drink plenty of fluids before & after, this is more critical & beneficial than it is during your Hot Yoga Practice. But it's always a good idea to bring water to class... You will sweat & it is HOT!!!

Great hot yoga classes & instructors - a cross between Bikram & Corepower. And they just added barre classe in the non heated room per request!!

Every Friday at 6pm is a $5 class called Karma Yoga. Anyone and everyone can come and pay $5 for an hour long class. The money goes to Modo's sponsored charity of the month

Took a friend that has never experienced any kind of yoga anywhere, she felt so welcome and comfortable! Highly reccomend!

In the winter, come to 6:15am practice and watch the sunrise over Lake Calhoun as you leave to continue your day.

Moksha is a beautiful studio, hard to imagine what is like inside. Retail strip centers can be so deceiving.
