Pedro Seguel Varas7월 3, 2018The place ambience is very cool and good for concentration. Nice music. Pretty decent coffee and food, moreover considering that is 24hrs open. Friendly staff. Music on weekends.
Gets a little too crowded but that is because this place is so good. The Spicy Monkey Mocha is ridiculous and the Green friend smoothie is a must. They are gluten free friendly which is major for me.
Best coffee shop north of downtown, hands down. Friendly staff, great food and snack options, even for healthy items and gluten free! Biscotti is the BOMB. Great place for working as well.

Social News Network6월 14, 2012Coffee shops in Austin are CROWDED. But I usually find Monkey's Nest has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, great for getting work done. The baristas have always been super helpful as well.
Typically crowded though they have enough seating to accommodate. Sign up for their mailing list to find out about live music. Underrated breakfast tacos.

Great coffee beverages- I enjoyed my sandwich. There are plenty of tables and the wifi and a/c were great. I love the location too.
Very respectable coffee here, and a nice menu for sustenance during prolonged laptop visits. Definitely easy to find ways to finance my stay!

I can no longer recommend this place for an in-house experience. Coffee to go is great but the wifi never works so planned visits are always cut short so I can go someplace else

If your really looking for a super boost get the 4 ton Gorilla and add it to the monkeys uncle.

Don’t eat outside food here, I saw the owner kick out two undergrads for eating a bag of chips they got. Love the place for getting work done though!

Awesome baristas, delicious food and drinks. Brown sugar latte and the Italian panini are the best!
Try their green friend smoothie and add mangos and blueberries - perfect for a hot afternoon
Only 1 vegan taco option=black bean, tato, corn...starchy! But a kick ass soy chai latte
Probably the only Austin coffee shop with brewed Persian tea. Ask for a sugar cube with your tea.
