My 574s from Zappos had a sole that had come unglued. They gave me store credit for the price of the shoes, and I just paid the difference on a brand new pair. Excellent customer service!

Dunno what the deal is with the negative tips, but the staff was super friendly and beyond helpful. Also: Liverpool FC kits!
