Jayme, Pedro, and the rest of the service team are the best in the business! Friendly and respectful. They will treat you and your VW right! I live 35 miles away an still come here only.
If you have a long service and aren't in a rush, consider taking the courtesy shuttle to the Americana Mall up the street. Makes for a more relaxing time than hanging in New Century's waiting area.
