Amazing traditional Japanese food! Sushi is good quality but way overpriced...get the yellowtail jaw for a mind blowing experience. Seating is perhaps the only downside, since it's a small establishment.

Nobu's specializes in fresh sashimi, and certain fish are flown in directly from Japan, such as Amber Jack (Kanpachi), Horse Mackaral (Aji), Japanese Red Snapper (Tai), and Traveler (Shimaaji). We never use frozen fillets!
