Lots of great options here. I recommend the Feijoada Stew: slow roasted pork, spicy chorizo sausage and black beans in a light broth with housemade pickled jalapeños and sofrito veggies with rice.

Taco Tuesday during happy hour is a great way to get started at Paladar. I prefer the fish tacos with spicy guacamole and yucca fries. For drinks, try their mojitos and margaritas.

The Sweet Potato Donuts for dessert are a must! Crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside dusted with vanilla sugar and served with golden caramel sauce for dipping.

The happy hour Mojitos are awesome along with the appetizers during happy hour each day. Definitely worth stopping. Anytime I'm in Rockville I have to hit Paladar. (Rum Bar, need I say more)

Okay, I know I already said that this place is the best for Mojitos but I have to say again RUM BAR!!!! John and Erica on a Thursday night are a well oil machine. $5 mojitos and low priced appetizers

Food, location and ambiance were awesome... Service needs work, but they atre clearly striving to be better. They've only been open for 2 weeks and my wife and I have been there 3 times. Try it!

The Habenero sauce is tasty but hot. Seriously hot. "Hah! That guy thinks it's hot! Pansy". Go ahead, prove me wrong.
