nope no1월 28, 2011Boring. Actually had to send the steak back, that's a first for me. Would recommend getting drinks at the bar upstairs, the ambiance and liquor may be all this place has going for it.

Upstairs has kind of a rustic feel in the middle of Manhattan. Good for a big breakfast.

the peels muffin is a hidden gem, and might be the universal muffin since it straddles the savory sweet line like a goddamn champ

build your own biscuit. great spot, but gotta be ready for a bit of a wait.
Come on a weekday afternoon, sit upstairs at the bar on a sunny day. Perfect spot.

For Brunch, go a little early and beat the crowds. The Atticus Finch is good and you can't go wrong with the biscuits.
Get the gobblecado - its a great lunch sandwich with awesome spicy chips
Sit upstairs if you can. Makes you feel like you are at a country house.
