No pay at the pump option. Chip n Pin machine can be temperamental. Cheaper petrol at Sainsburys round the corner but go here to avoid the crowds and queuing
Lancashire Evening Post Sunday League teams play here Sunday mornings. A few players could get in the North End Team ;0)
Preston's newest Indian Restaurant. Nice decor, good service, and a high quality of food with good portions. Only criticism would be the lack of heat and spice in the dishes if you like a hot curry
Try to avoid getting a bus from here between 3.30pm and 4.00pm - full of pupils from Holly Lodge Girls College and the buses get rammed
New 6th Form & Teaching Block being built on Aigburth Drive next to Belem Tower. likely to be open late 2015/early 2016
Don't forget to ask about any deals not being advertised in the Builder's Yard. You can pick up end of line bricks, flagging and edging etc at less than 50% original price
Exactly what you'd expect from a 3 star. Spacious rooms at reasonable rates. Terrible breakfast though - have an egg
Trustworthy garage as far as mechanics go. Been coming here years and not been ripped off once.
Quality of food is generally very good. Had a decent carbonara - not too creamy or grant, just right
UBESCO Site - stunningly beautiful town to walk around with lots of shops and restaurants. Get a suit made here - great quality and good prices
This may well be a brothel. Took me a while to realise until the wife pointed a few things out. I went here by accident. Still, great service and hospitality.
Simple but stunning architecture. Great rooftop views. Look out for the bombing markings near the helicopter
Simply a MUST VISIT destination - fascinating construction and history. I'm fairly claustrophobic but the tunnels you go down we're nothing to worry about. Just need strong calf muscles!
They've got rid if the discount cards but you can still get money off tickets if you ask for a code - all they want is an email address #moneysaver
Visit the rooftop terrace for drinks or a dip in the pool. One of the few genuine 5 Star Hotels I've been to in Vietnam. Good choices for breakfast buffet
