Pretentious rooftop, upscale vibe and exceptional skyline views, PH-D has all the elements of a good time. I'm definitely clubbing here and closing the bar down
The french fries are everything and there's enough for everyone to share. Perfect place for entertaining out of towners with the NYC views. And the day parties are the best.

Gorgeous view of the city from the roof. Great place to bring a date. Leave your boys at home.

Ask Alex nicely and he'll let you up.
