jkhknyc9월 4, 2015A good bowl of Pho is head to find sometimes. While the taste of the soup is important, the quality of the noodles rules too. At Pho Hoai, the balance on these two is perfect.

I always get no. 5, but one time I went with the shrimp salad and calamari, and was very happy. David Gee8월 18, 2011If you ask for spicy except mild. They will put the Vietnamese hot sauce on the side but you will still probably need to add your own.- I love their soups and many appetizers. Too much to list but a worthy place to sit and dine.
D T12월 14, 2012The phó was alright, but definitely stay away from the milk shake because they mixed real fruit with powder, which absolutely screws up the flavor.
They recently raised their prices severely. Instead of being a cheap place to get good eats, it's now an average priced place with below average food.
