- Steven McGough10월 6, 2012Great gym! Check out all of the equipment they have available. If you like free weights they have them too. Multiple pulleys for cable exercises so barely any waiting. Squat rack has a lock mechanism.
- Cam Couch9월 4, 2011Do not try to work out at 5pm. You have to navigate around the groups of teenagers who stand around trying to throw their back out with bicep curls!
- Most people follow the rules about no slamming weights or grunting, but there still are some tuff Tony's that think they are training for the Olympics
- Evenings and Saturdays are slow or no one almost. Peace of mind for the price.
