Atmosphere. No one bothers you while you work out. It's always clean and not too crowded. Love it.좋아요 - Mar 3
Convenient, good equipment, inexpensive. A great value for the buck.

You can see yourself just fine from 6 feet away from the mirror, guy. You don't need to block the dumbbell rack to fog the mirror with your breath.
Total judgement free zone. Good way to get started on any sort of fitness goals.- Always bring headphones! 2 places you should NEVER hear Madonna dance mixes: the gym &the gentlemens club.
saturday is always quiet. plenty of room to get a good wrkout in
- Don't ride the rides. Take it slow and actually use your muscles to move the machine.
That guy can skip the tan. Save the Jersey Shore crap for Gold's and all the juicers at that gym.
