Great ab workout equipment in the back corner. Make sure to explore all the different machines.- Highly recommend you do the 30 minute circuit. Great workout that goes very fast.
Love this gym! $20/month for tanning, massages and awesome equipment! P.s. Love the smell of this place!
Close to home. Inexpensive place. Fun and open. No guessing on how to use equipment.

- 4:00pm on Friday is a good time to go if you want to avoid a crowd.

Better option if you like it to be more quiet and less packed than 24. I hate 24 now.
