Love the opportunity to work out and not feeling like you can't do it on your own. I was on the trend mill and stayed for 65 mins and loss 200 calories. It was awesome.
tyrika griffin3월 1, 2016The plethera of equipment they have and availability of space without feeling like a sardine in a can. They are open 24/7 and they give you a timeline of their busiest and slowest times and days.
Plenty of equipment, especially cardio equipment. Excellent membership pricing.
It’s always busy, but you usually never have to wait for a machine besides the stair stepper.
