Go alone. The wait for one at the counter is mere minutes, as opposed to the hours for a table.

The Plow's two tiny pancakes is so brilliant. I wish all restaurants had that. I wish I could order a side of tiny pancakes but $5 for a one pancake side is too much. :(

Best potatoes, probably better than Idaho's. Seriously though, my favorite place to eat in San Francisco, hands down.

Sit outside. Bring a coat or blanket -- you can wait 40 minutes outside OR usually be seated immediately outside and be gone in 40 minutes...

We had the huevos rancheros and the lemon pancake... Pretty average stuff and heavily overpriced ! And you have to wait outside till ur entire party arrives.... I wont be coming back here soon
