    Aside from their world-renowned breads, try to head over there around 5pm to get still-warm-from-the-oven apple tarts and a slice of flan which are both the absolute best in the world!

    Bread, gray salt, chocolate croissants, butter cookies and their daily pastry/tart. Gorgeous bread knives (Specify whether you want a right- or left-handed one). Not open on Sundays. Get there early.

    C'est le lieu pour déguster le meilleur Flan parisien (le chausson aux pommes est une tuerie également). Ne pas hésiter avec le bar juste à côté pour d'excellentes tartines. :-)

    Famous for their massive sourdough loaves, which are luckily available by the slice ("tranche"). Pain Chocolat is also extremely good.

    I cannot say enough good things about Poilâne. Not a ton of pastries in the Cherche-Midi shop but what they serve, they do v well. Tartes aux pommes had me salivating after every bite. GO!

    Amazing sourdough that you can purchase by weight in slices. Still delicious after freezing. Didn't have a good experience with the pain au chocolat, found it way too dense

    As you step into this bakery, you would notice that the sourdough bread is commonly used here. This bakery also offers some excellent pastries.

    Best croissants. No competition. No seating here for retail (though there is a sit down restaurant) so get your pain au chocolat and take it to a nearby park.

    Nice small and very French. But no where near as good as all the reviews. I am sorry but I have had better croissants from supermarkets!

    When in Paris.. you are simply obligated to try the famous croissants and pain au chocolat at least once. And trust us; this is the place to do it!

    Try their Poilâne sourdough bread here. They char the crust and is great with some fresh, salted butter on it.

    Head over to Poilane for one of the city’s (and the world’s) most famous pain au chocolat. While you’re there, grab some bread, a raisin bun, and basically whatever else you can get your hands on.

    كروسان الزبده 10/10 لذيذه صراحه وبعد كروسان التشوكلت جيده. وبعد فيه بسكوت على شكل قلوب عجبتني 😋
