Lionel Menchaca3월 5, 2012Precision camera is one of the core things I love about Austin. Simply put, if you need a DSLR, a four-thirds camera, or lenses, these guys will probably have it-and they will know something about it.
Precision has moved! We closed our 3810 N. Lamar Store after 21 years. ( We had to, the landlord is tearing it down) Our huge new store is now open at 2438 W. Anderson Lane. Come see us.
Really love coming in here. For me it's like a kid in a candy store. Their rental prices for lenses aren't bad at all, staff are immensely knowledgeable, friendly, & approachable. :)
I'd also like to add my two cents in on how amazing and knowledgeable staff is here. I'm always treated like a professional, with respect, & I've never felt like I was being pushed into a sale.

Helped me get my first Dslr and I love it.- I am actually shocked at how good their prices are for a brick and mortar store. After looking at Internet prices, I got a better deal here for a used camera body and brand-new battery!

They've moved to the West Anderson Plaza, on the north side of Anderson Ln. just west of Burnet Rd. Much nicer facility - same great staff!

Best place to shop (or do window shopping) if you love photography.
