Great sandwiches and vibe. Not the most typical bread for this NYer, but I kind of dig it. Like the unconventionality of a Fenway Frank. I always stop in when I'm in the area. Owner is a good dude.
Old fashioned grocery store in an old fashioned town. Charming, all of it. And the sandwiches here are great. Pair with a half and half and some cape cod chips on a summer day. Boom!
All the goodness (and none of the pretense) of the cocktail renaissance...but it never died here to begin with, just so ya know....
