If going on a busy night with alot happening downtown, use the valet. They give u in/out parking privelages 4 the fee. Much easier than parking on your own.

Dana Castronuovo5월 30, 2013Nice hotel for what it is. The staff is a little flighty ( especially room service) but all in all a good hotel in a good location.
- Coming for concert.. park valet, but park early. Traffic gets bad in downtown if you wait until last minute.
Kyle Kuffner5월 20, 2013Decent hotel but why are there no blackout shades. I've never been to a hotel without them. No privacy at night if you have the light on and woken up by the sun, not cool.

jennifer8월 21, 2013Only one person working the Front Desk at 5 PM. Had to pull all my bags in myself while the bellman stood in the lobby looking aloof. Terrible first impression.
Jen Pugh10월 11, 2010Don't stay here...paper thin walls, no top on my dresser, no blackout shades, early am street noise like a rocket taking off, unfriendly staff, Hyatt Arcade or Crowne Plaza...way better.
