Peter Erni4월 1, 2016The building itself is pretty ugly and it's very dark inside. However the rooms are nice and the beds are confortable. Last but not least and very hard to find in Costa Rica, their internet is fast.

Juan Isaias Calderon5월 29, 2015Walking distance to downtown but neighborhood is not nice. If room is near the avenue, trucks will wake you up since 04:00 hrs. Last day I found a coacroach near the mini-bar. Personnel is awesome.
Es la tercera vez que asisto a un congreso en este hotel, la atención es muy buena y además de excelente la alimentación brindada en cada evento.

Bad hotel, the first night the room wasn't organized, the bathroom have floods and the TV had many problems. Not recommended in San Jose

Tenia tiempo de no venir, fiel cliente de los desayunos, una total decepcion, pobre se le queda corto, no lo recomiendo

"Very nice hotel. Beds are super comfortable, clean rooms, towels and bedding are soft. Had lunch twice at El Tucan restaurant and the food was well prepared and tasty. Same for the bkfst buffet."
