The best costumer service of any Apple Store I've been to so far. Make sure you make an appointment with the Genius Bar beforehand as they get very busy most of the time.
If the sign reads Irving Convention Center then that is where the bus is going. If it reads Heritage Crossing / Downtown Irving then I would guarantee that's where the bus is headed
Beautiful doggie park. Smoking should be prohibited throughout the facilities though. Not good for pets or health conscious people!
