Please be sure to tip the technician directly, because the service writers (who work up a real sweat leaning back and forth in their reclining chairs) have a tendency to not share gratuities...

The service lounge is amazing! A plethora of choices of coffee, drinks, breakfast, lunch, plus a pool table and wi fi.
