Great place to stay for a Biscuits game. Baseball park is a short walk from the front door.

Great location & nice property. Love the club lounge. Trainee at front desk definitely needs more training on proper check in. Had quite a few issues during my stay.

Wi-Fi is cumbersome. Have to log on again with pass code every time you turn phone off & on or move around in the hotel

If your a stayover keep your room clean because you will die of old age before house keeping comes.

Make sure your room is not next to the hospitality suite on the 10th floor. Between the trains and guest noise it is very loud!

The Exchange bar has great atmosphere and is a fun place to get a drink but the service should be more attentive for the high prices.

Make sure you eat before 10:30pm! I can't believe it's a Friday night and I can't get any food not even room service! 😳
