The breakfast is outstanding, the rooms are quite big and cozy. Right on Hamburg Downtown, surrounded by stores and restaurants. Staff service is very good. Had a wonderful time좋아요 - Feb 21

Eine bessere "Location" gibt es nicht... Ein sehr gutes, historisches Haus mit einer einmaligen Ambiente. Komplimente zur Managementteam --Sie haben echt tolle Mitarbeiter!!

Ein sehr schönes und hochklassiges Hotel, welches nur wenige Schritte von der Binnenalster und dem Rathaus entfernt ist. Sehr zu empfehlen!- Unschön: Sehr teurer WiFi-Zugang für 12,50 Euro/Tag (Stand: August 2012). Bei den Zimmerpreisen könnte man einen (kosten-)freien Zugang erwarten. Aber zumindest 3G-Abdeckung der DT und VF sehr gut.
