Sunday morning yoga class is the perfect start to the week! Staff is super nice and helpful. Thursday and Friday evenings are pretty empty; plenty of available machines! Or come before 5:30 p.m. M-W.
This place is alright considering it's very inexpensive. But there's always so many people here. But you can get a good workout in still.

Monday & Wednesday @ 4:30p; Tuesday & Thursday @ 9:15a -- T.A.G. = great for cardio, legs, abs and toning
If you're an early gym goer, don't do back on Tuesdays or legs on Wednesdays the machines are always taken.
If u find someone else's property,hold onto it & post up 'found' posters rather than turning it in.I lost my iPod;a good citizen turned it in,but it wasn't in the safe & mgmnt says they're not liable
