.. ok this is a tough one.. drink a lot of water (at least 1 litre), don't eat anything 2 hours before, bring your shorts/shirt and 16 euro's and go and have a divine experience
Follow a hot yoga class here. Super cleansing and a really hard workout too! Introductory lesson costs €12,- and rental of mat and towel is free so is the second class.
