We were eating here twice first one was perfect, delicious food, crispy bacon and rosemary hashbrowns and fast service. Second time was quite bad, food could be better and 25min to get beer...

IMO currently the best burgers in town. Go for extra cheese and combine with brioche bread.

Also: viel lärm um nichts, der burger zu tode gebraten, bacon und cheese geschmacklos. Coleslaw hätte Salz vertragen. Ich trink dann noch ein Gin & Tonic vielleicht kann das was.

Leider hat die Qualität in der letzten Zeit sehr nachgelassen ... Burger sind nach wie vor super .... allerdings waren die Gin und Tonics und die Beratung schon mal deutlich besser.

Von Gastro-Logistik hat man hier noch NIE was gehört. Bis zur Drink Bestellung 15min, Drink Ankunft am Tisch erneute 15min. Zur Essensbestellung kam es nach weiteren 20min ignoriert werden nicht mehr!

Definitely not the best burger in town. The tomato was hard and tasteles, the bun did not match the burger tastewise and the meat was just ok. The fries wer good though

Nice wait staff. Food was average. Specializes in burgers. Ketchup was not what you expect, more like tomato sauce. Good beers.

order -> burger time: 1hr 10 min (yes, ONE HOUR and TEN MINUTES)! meat wasn't medium as ordered, burger and fries were cold. completely overrated. staff was excellent though.

Terrible service! And I'm not a picky one - 3x wrong drinks served, slow, 4 different waiters, all uncoordinated. Burgers neither medium nor medium rare but rather cooked to death twice. Disappointed!

speziell das Fleisch im burger fand ich nicht besonders. es war durch (obwohl medium geordert) und generell nicht so saftig und weich, wie ich das von premium burgern erwarte

Der Service und die Qualität haben leider nachgelassen. Bei Gin Tonic muss man genau erklären, was und wie man etwas haben will, Burger sind ok, mehr nicht.

Fleisch trocken und ohne Geschmack. Seafood ebenso geschmacklos. Bun spröde. Service langsam und unkoordiniert. Einzig positiv: Die große Gin Auswahl. Monkeys zu empfehlen.

Selbst unter der Woche ist es zu voll. Es gibt zu wenige Kellner und man wird mehr schlecht als recht bedient. So kommt einfach keine Stimmung auf.

Burger okay, aber viel zu durch, Fries waren unterdurchschnittlich und kommen ohne Ketchup, Service völlig überfordert. Versteh den Hype nicht ganz..
