I agree on the TSA screeners being fast and polite! I caught the TSA attendant in front of me dancing spontaneously and joined him for a mini dance party, we laughed and he wished me a good flight!!
Very fast screening! Even at 11 am on a Friday, time from walking in the front door to check in to getting past screening was just 10-15 minutes. Kudos to the staff!
Agradable y sencillo. Solo el personal de seguridad no se pone de acuerdo ya que una mujer me decía que me dejara el saco puesto y otro que me lo quitara. El internet funciona bien y limpio todo.
Very easy to navigate as this is a small airport. Best restaurants are la Gloria and vino volo. Can't wait for the new rental car space to open up adjacent to the baggage claim!
Free rapid phone charger stations right in front of A 7 gate and dunkin donuts . With free Ebooks and audiobooks . Excellent idea by San Antonio public library
If you're parking in the garage, park to the right on any floor for American and Continental, for anything else park to your left. You'll be in-line with your terminal, saving you time.
Aqui puedes recargar tu pila de celular en los conectores que estén encendidos debajo de tu asiento, hay wifi pero cuidado con mov bancarios es wifi libre
Caution and please bring your patience as roadconstruction 🚧 has created delays at the entrance into the airport. You should still arrive early enough to prepare for your departures/arrivals.
6 am flights always have the longest security lines. Give yourself plenty of time if you want to make your flight. Love the Dunkin Donuts coffee in Terminal 1 too. ☺✈☕
If you plan to eat before your trip be sure and log on to the free wifi and check for coupons. It is on the homepage when you accept the terms for the wifi. Love the free wifi. Wish other had it!
If you are in transit to shift floors to pick your Rental Car, Baggage, Ticketing, Check in, I highly recommend to use the elevators. They are less confusing than using the electric stairs.
TSA is courteous and helpful, lots of outlets for charging, free WiFi that works, and a San Antonio Public Library kiosk where you can charge your device while downloading a free book rental.
If you park here & don't want to bring your parking ticket with you, just take a pic with your phone bc telling them you are on the 2 nd flr brings up the next ? of which garage😳
Easy airport to get around, staff is very friendly…. Great direct flights to Mexico City. Don’t forget to check out Merit coffee shop for delicious local coffee.
Some rental car companies might require a phone call for the shuttle. Also get there as early as possible when departing, even if it requires sitting at the bar for an extra hour. ;)
Terminal B is superior to A in many ways. One reason is that the sink faucets in Terminal B have a full stream whereas A's faucets comes out at an Eco-friendly trickle.
No major delays, no long lines at TSA check points. As a matter of fact TSA is very efficient here. Plenty of parking. Plenty of signage to guide you through. Get in, wait, eat, and fly out.
Best airport ever, wait lines at the check-in desk and immigration are short and fast. Restrooms are as clean as it gets, free wifi and charging stations everywhere.
Free wifi! And tons of electrical outlet plugs underneath all the lounge seats! What is this magical place? At LAX, I had to fight thru crowds to get a plug to charge my phone! SA airport, ftw!
USO is a great place to relax if you have a long layover....have an alternative plan if your flight is early and on weekends...USO might not open as scheduled..0600
Fly American Airlines or United. They both utilize Terminal B — which is very nice, has power outlets on every seat and has very nice curbside, check-in and TSA staff. And it's rarely crowded.
Un aeropuerto pequeño pero su personal sumamente amable, excelente trato, si no hablas inglés te ayudan con el idioma, dispuestos, migración es muy amable, excelente servicio.
Make sure you download the coupons once you sign in to use the free wifi. You can get discounts at pretty much all the shops and restaurants in both terminals...
Remember to always prepare for the checkppint, leave allyour stufff inside a pack or jacket to avoid having to take it all out individually at the checkpoint
Apparently you can only have pointer qt sized bag of liquids..thought I'd have to choose between my Mary Kay and my mouthwash. I almost fainted. Shoved them all in one. TSA agent was kind. 1 bag!
Everything's bigger in TX - especially security lines. Get there very early. Apparently they have no idea how many people need the get through security at 6 AM. People are missing flights AGAIN
Have your ride pick you up on the upper level at Terminal 2. Use the escalator behind the USO in Baggage Claim or just walk straight out if you carried on.
There is a big difference with other airports like Houston's, for international travelers, the Customs officers come After you retrieve your luggage, so be careful and be patient.
