Paige C9월 21, 2017Really good food! Coming here for a holiday dinner was a lot better than I expected. Gets very crowded so be sure to make a reservation. Their matzoh ball soup is amazing!
Get the matzo ball soup and share one hot pastrami sandwich (not the monster unless you’re up for a challenge). We also tried the cabbage rolls here. They were ok.

Patrick10월 16, 2015My first time eating shrimp salad. It was fresh, crispy, and creamy. All on a toasted everything bagel. Washed it down with a slice of carrot cake. Simply Amazing! Great and friendly staff. Love this
Andy Martens11월 4, 2014Pastrami on par with Katz's, with far fewer tourists. Sit-down is not as family-brunch-oriented as nearby 2nd Ave Deli, as Sarge's is more about Murray Hill's young adults - 24 hrs and huge portions.

It will fill you, I promise!- Lots of $15.95 lunch specials that guarantee no one leaves hungry. Includes soup, slaw, pickles, fries, coffee and many meal options.
- Love that matzoh ball soup. Love that this place appears to be a kosher deli but it totally serves whatever they want
- Best corned beef and pastrami in NYC. Open 24/7 which is incredible. They never close which is even better.

Just as good, if not better than the other big name delis in NYC. Go for lunch for more bang for your buck

The menu states noodle kugel serves two but fails to tell you the cheesecake serves three. Both are delicious.
