Andy McMillan: The burger here is honestly the greatest thing you'll ever eat in your life. If you're staying for dessert, get the honeycomb ice cream with hot chocolate sauce.
Andy McMillan: One of the best whiskey selections in Belfast, possibly second only to the Duke of York. The staff here are much more pleasant though, and more than happy to have you sample some fine Irish whiskeys.
Andy McMillan: Hungry? The restaurant upstairs serves up some of the best food in town. If it's your first time, try the Black Rock steak. It's something else.
Andy McMillan: Great for a pint of Guinness, but my tip: ask for the whiskey list. They have an excellent, expansive selection, most of which isn't on display behind the bar.
