Was surprised by the outside area. Service was a tad slow for a train station but the staff were kind.
We came early and ate on some rocks overlooking a valley. By midday though it was really hot without shade. Otherwise it was breathtaking very often.
Fantastic staff and ice cream flavors. I got the salted peanut butter cup with hot fudge and could have died happy.
Brisket and house burger were insanely good and the beers were great. Never got my cornbread though.
Loved all the different options and incredible views. There isn't really a lot of shade though which cut our hiking all day short.
Staff were friendly and the diner feel was fantastic. Blueberry pancakes were worth it though the turkey bacon was overpriced for what you got.
The staff was great and the food was fantastic, mac and cheese in particular. The pretzel pot pie is missing some seasoning though. Beers are excellent too.
This was a nice hike for someone not used to hiking with some insane views. The hike does lead through what feels like an enchanted forest from a fairy tale.
Place was busy when we arrived (9 on a Thursday) but as two we were seated quickly and staff was apologetic about wait. Sweet potato pancakes were mind blowing though the chicken sausage was average.
The croissants are as good as promised and the other pastries are equally tasty!
Staff was great and let us taste some beer before choosing. The sweet potato fries and bison burger were great but the French dip was dry.
The burger was smaller than expected which was disappointing but the sweet potato fries and onion rings were amazing.
Sandwiches come a lot faster than other dishes but the tortellini was perfection: not too much, not too little. The garlic bread was also good though the mutz on it was highly amusing but delicious.
Apparently you can order one of every pierogi flavor which, if you've never had proper Ukrainian food before, is definitely a good place to start.
Chow fun and egg rolls are a yes, the wonton soup is a meh. Good take away though.
Came back when I realized I was about a block away and was not disappointed with the pierogies just as good as I remember and the staff the same lovely women too. Truly the best pierogies in Brooklyn.
Venison, butternut squash, and kale were to die for – I've never had male so delicious!
When the event is good, it's great, though expect Hungarian first, English second.
