Well-trained and gentle staff! Together with Raffles is considered as the best hotel in Phnom Penh! Offers magnificent views to Mekong River.

Well trained and friendly staff, they always greet you and any moment of the day. Excellent room service, a good bed with spotless bedlinnen, airco working properly without noise.

The staffs were not able to find my pre booked conference room promptly. In addition, they didn't know how to serve a champagne for our signing ceremony. It dissapoints us as the host of the event!

Nice hotel. It reminds me the great time of the Sofitel Cambodiana. The owner is Thai.

Is a cheat after clarify with the staffs of the special discount once check in get the rewards. End up, they tell me only for room guest. Not the guest who walk in for their facilities.. So BAD..
