Manny is the absolute best spin instructor - he knows cycling in and out and adapts his classes to all skill levels. I cannot recommend him enough as an instructor.
Understand your contract, usually takes 2 months to quit, so plan ahead. Water pressure in the showers suck too.
Don't leave this gym without taking a class! They are awesome fun with great instructors.
Christine W8월 12, 2015Appears to be a very nice facility, but the hard-sell and relentless pushiness of the manager I met with basically ruled it out as an option for me.
The views from the main cardio floor are spectacular if you get there before dark.
