This place is my personal favorite YMCA to go to. Well lit, good layout and I've never had a truly long wait when I'm there to do elliptical or use free weights.
- Great place overall but if you're not into crowds avoid the m-f 4 to 6:30 rush and 8:30-12 on Saturday mornings

BLT with Chip is no joke. If you're looking to tone and strengthen your lower body, this is the class for it. I love it!
The ARC trainers in the new expansion have iPod video out to the machine's screen. Movies while working out!
Ahh bliss. Relax and Renew Yoga with Allison. New session starts next week and I'm ready! Namaste.
Never anyone here because they've all switched to the Y off the highway. :]- Just watched a TRX personal training session. Yes I said watched but I'm now excited to try it.
