    The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing! Splash is located on the west end near Pier Park. 1603E is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need for the best beach getaway!

    Hit the bar the Riptide. Easy food and the bartender is quite generous. Perfect for the pool

    This property is mismanaged in almost every conceivable way. It is in pretty bad shape considering it's not very old at all.
