    No cookies with filtered coffee. Everything here is 3 levels beneath the Dorchester.

    Slow and rude service in the bar. No free WiFi. Comfy bed though.

    Chased away (and rudely) by their security when we came to take some photos at the concourse. Yet another couple in full wedding regalia wasn't chased away. Very snobbish and stuck-up attitude!
