Someone mentioned here how awesome Derek is. Agreed 100%! His directions and suggestions for Pilates are super helpful yet never aggressive nor pushy. The studio itself is truly an oasis of calm <3

The studio is known for its small personalized classes especially the semi-private Pilates circuits and their one on ones for yoga or Pilates.
