David Veech11월 23, 2015Had the stuffed biscuits and gravy today. Tasted fantastic! Lots of food, too, so this was not a diet breakfast, but it was so good I'm inspired to workout later to thoroughly enjoy this.

The protein wrap and a big cup of coffee is a great way to start the day.
