The roasted beet salad is exquisite. The acquisition of the "Den Farms" is paying off. Probably only here for a couple of days in August.

Get a reservation even if they tell you that it isn't needed. Waited for 1 1/2 hours when they said the wait was 30 to 45 minutes.

Kind of digging the Inari sushi. Tofu-wrapped with burdoch root [sp]. Lightly sweet.
