- Joe Germuska8월 9, 2014The specials are almost always a good bet, the kai tod (fried chicken) is always great, and tonight we tried the crispy fried pork with basil for the first time and thought it was pretty great too.
- Everything is good, the "secret" menu is now public for your ease of ordering the more authentic dishes. Many are quite spicy. Bring a refreshing wine or beer (BYOB) to go with that tasty, spicy food.
- Serious Eats5월 14, 2013Tod Mun Pla, a fried ground fish and chili paste mixture, comes with a killer dipping sauce, which manages to be tart, funky, and spicy. Of course, just about every other dish is worth ordering too.
- The Tom Yum soup on the "secret menu" with noodles, ground pork, roast pork, and fried dumpling is my fixation. I haven't been able to order anything else since... Maybe for the last 6 trips.
- Redeye Chicago8월 3, 2014This eatery is known for the authentic dishes on its "secret" Thai menu, but the regular menu features plenty of pan-fried noodle dishes and curry bowls that can be made with tofu instead of meat. 자세히 보기
- The Wall Street Journal8월 3, 2014If you want to go beyond your cookie-cutter curries and pad thais, come here, but request "the second menu." My favorites are the fish maw salad and the chewy beef "jerky." 자세히 보기
- Arisa Xumsai9월 9, 2013If you want boat noodle, there's another place much better and the owner is super nice! A little further north but worth the trip! Jinthaicuisine.com
- Tasting Table8월 2, 2012Request the second menu at this BYOB, and don’t miss nam nuang (rice-paper rolls with pork meatballs), papaya salad with blue crab, and yum woon sen talay (glass noodles with seafood and lime): 자세히 보기
- Mary Kay Hardcastle4월 13, 2013Blackboard Eats says "fav is the kuay teaw reua (or “boat noodles”). The includes all major food groups: brisket, beef balls, pork skins, Chinese broccoli, bean sprouts, and thin rice vermicelli."
- Xinnie4월 11, 2017Best Thai place in Chicago, hands down. My favorite dish is their crispy ong choi salad. Their spicy is spicy, not tone down spicy :P
- Time Out Chicago11월 2, 2011Try ground chicken with basil and preserved eggs. Also try the specials board; promising rotations have included lettuce wrap–ready deep-fried mackerel with apples, cucumbers, fish sauce and chiles. 자세히 보기

- Emily S5월 18, 2017No longer BYOB at new location but food is as good as always! New convenient take-out window too
- Chicago magazine5월 9, 2012This is some of the freshest, most flavorful Thai food in the city. The regular menu is a safe bet. But step out of your comfort zone and request the Thai-translated menu instead. 자세히 보기
- Christina Michaels8월 8, 2013Michelin star recommended. Great for a quick dinner!!! Ask for the secret menu, you can't go wrong. Everything was delicious! 👍👍
- The Feast6월 9, 2011A neighborhood favorite known for its reliable and comforting Thai food. Ask for the secret Thai menu and you'll be greeted with a whole other world outside Pad Thai.
- Really authentic, really delicious Thai. BYOB. Best appetizer is the fermented rice sausage thingy.
- Reid Barwick12월 17, 2017Very nice surprise in this neighborhood. Great food, atmosphere, and reasonably priced.
- Lindsay Saffrin8월 19, 2013This place is so great! The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was really cool and casual. I'd come here again in a minute
- Time Out Chicago8월 2, 2014The basic menu appeases the masses that flood the simple, minimalist room of this top-notch Thai joint. 자세히 보기
- Try the Moo Ping, Grilled Squid, Green Curry, and the Pad Nam Prik Paow. Take it from a Tac Quick vet, everything is good but the less mainstream the better your food will be.
- Nick G12월 4, 2011Ask for the secret menu. You'll feel cool and you won't have any idea what you're ordering. ALWAYS get the crab rangoon.
- Derek Torrey4월 7, 2013Crisp pork with basil (on the secret menu) is incredible. So is the beef jerky app.
- The "Secret Menu" is the bomb! The Kuay Teaw Tom Yum Muu Sab has a broth that will kick your arse!
- Faisal Karim1월 13, 2011Great Thai food. Order from their authentic Thai menu. Could get loud at busy hours. Specials are usually good.
- Wesley Keyser5월 3, 2013Didn't honor the Check-in Special. Not that I really needed it. Love the pad thai and chicken satay!
- Arisa Xumsai9월 9, 2013Which is fine by me til she gave me an attitude face and toward it. Watch out for their attitude guys. From liked this place, I went to I don't think I want to come back..
- Arisa Xumsai9월 9, 2013Food is good. Too bad I am not impress with their service. I showed them the free crab Rangoon to the girl I picked up my food with. She said she doesn't have that special not sure who put it in..
- William French12월 13, 2011Not a fan, don't go!!! Took off three veggies, and added broccoli to a dish and they then charged me for it, also did a check in and they wouldn't honor the free crab Rangoon bc I didn't spend 20$
- Ask for the Thai menu (the one they don't usually give you) for extra special food choices.
- Chefs Feed8월 22, 2014Curtis Duffy, chef of Grace, eats here on his nights off. He loves the Neua dad deaw. 자세히 보기
- Sherece Hoard11월 14, 2013Yes they don't honor the check-im special and tbh who is going to pay them $5 more for eggs rolls and you only get two im stick with me order ok now.. Yes attitudes r horrible this my 1st nd last here
- Nathan Jenks9월 15, 2011Lie about the check in special. They said the order has to be $15 for the free egg roll even though it says nothing about price, just to show you checked in. Sucks cause I like the food.
