- Amanda Doucette9월 4, 2015Tanger 2 is the best. Always have good deals and promotions going on. Make sure to get a cupon book from guest services in tanger 1. Makes it that much more worth it you really get a great deal.
As a local, I'm out here a lot (also, I work here). The sales are always great, not just on holiday weekends. Avoid coming out here during holidays unless you like traffic.

To get bigger savings go to Customer Service to get a coupon Book. Which you get for free with your AAA card.

You will find better deals about 4-6 weeks before Black Friday, than on Black Friday.
