Susan B7월 5, 2014Very authentic, delicious! The elotes was frozen corn which was disappointing, but they didn't put a ton of hot sauce on it like most places do so it was actually edible for a gringa like me!!
I knew this place was legit once I saw the guy from Banqueta working the register. Lengua, barbacoa, and maybe the best pastor I've had. La Ventana might save Uptown.
They got a new, fancy menu! Don't forget to get a churro. Trust me. I'm a professional.

Best pollo taco I've ever had. Be sure to add both sauces to your tacos.

Tacos are excellent, but bummed to say the elote isn't as good as it used to be. The corn tastes like it was frozen and defrosted, not grilled or charred in the least.

S EW5월 5, 2014I spent $8.75 on two skimpy biestek tacos and a watered down corn in a cup. I was very disappointed. The place is trendy and that is what your money pays for because the food is less than mediocre.
