Got pork dumpling hand pulled noodles soup w/fried egg. Love the chewiness of the #2 type noodle. Small place, may share tables with others. Filling!

This spot filled the much-lamented Chinese noodle void in Hell's Kitchen so I'm grateful for that. But they could probably expand on the types of meats offered with their noodles (where's the lamb?).

I love the oxtail noodle soup with knife cut noodles and extra black rice vinegar. Very legit noodle shop!

Prefer the beef noodle soup to the pork. The stir fry noodles are very good

Hell's Kitchen offshoot from Chinatown with higher prices. Noodles do not have the same irregular hand-made character. I prefer Kung Fu a few blocks away.
