Troy Farmer7월 26, 2016They're great with vegan options–miso glazed tofu as protein with the bowl, then just make sure to say you're vegan (some of the pickles have fish sauce). Really great stuff though; welcome addition.
Adrian Phillips6월 1, 2016Be sure to get a bun with whatever bowl you end up getting. The tofu bun was surprisingly delicious. The spicy chicken bowl with noodles was also very filling, noodles are served cold.

The miso cured tofu is so good! It's marinated in red miso, dipped in coconut milk and panko crumbs, and then deep fried. 😋- I get the cold noodle salad if i want something less heavy. It's Korean glads noodles mixed with sesame puree and a miso vinaigrette.
