Food & Wine walk, double-creme Brie, raspberry curd & semi-sweet chocolate brioche. Ridiculous. Master cheese chefs. Best we've ever been to, by a landslide.

$5 Fridays is a special that simply cannot be beat. $5 per person, 3 hours of eating featured cheeses and spreads, and discounts on products. If you love cheese, this is your new Friday happy hour!

Cheese class on Italian cheeses was phenomenal. Cheeses were great and Steve had an excellent knowledge of cheese making, serving, and pairings. Next time, we want to come back with more friends!
